“Get Growing Guarantee” – Warranty Policy for Trees and Shrubs:
Coverage Duration:
- Trees: Covered for 1 year from the purchase date.
- Shrubs: Covered for 1 year from the purchase date.
Scope of Warranty:
- Includes coverage for plant death caused by disease or pests originating from Maidstone Tree Farm.
- Does not cover damages from extreme weather, animal activity, neglect, or incorrect
planting/care.
Proof of Purchase:
- Original receipt must be retained and presented for warranty claims.
- Purchases made under an account may have a purchase record maintained by us.
Care Compliance:
- Warranty is valid only if plants are cared for in accordance with our Growing Guide & Planting Instructions.
- Please be watchful with your plants’ health. If you notice any signs of unhealthiness, contact us right away. Prompt action might prevent the need for a warranty claim and could allow us to help rejuvenate your plant before it’s too late.
Claim Process:
- Notification: Report issues within the warranty period.
- Assessment: Provide photos (you may do this online below) or return the plant (if practical) for evaluation.
- Resolution: Store Credit: We offer store credit equal to the original purchase price,
applicable toward a replacement plant or other product.
Exclusions to our Warranty (Conditions May Apply)*:
- Annuals, Perennials, & Seasonal Plants: Not covered under warranty.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Plants purchased on sale or at a discount are not covered.
- Transplanted, Moved, or Inappropriately Watered Plants: Warranty is void if plants are relocated after initial planting or under/over watered.
- Extreme Weather Events: Damage from unusual or extreme weather conditions is not included in the warranty.
